To enable and support the development of our instructors we have one of the most comprehensive and intensive Instructor training programs in the country.
Instructor qualifications: Police Back Ground Check. Attend required classes and training events. Pass a fitness test. Lead by example and practice what they are and will be teaching. Watch and report safety issues. Praise students for a job well done and set consistent goals. Reinforce positive behavior. Take the time to introduce themselves to new students. Show the best example possible with attitude and character. Know about and understand the latest techniques and training methods. This training keeps the Instructors always working towards consistent improvement with their own Karate and teaching skills. All of our Instructors are Professionals and they teach Karate as their full or part-time occupation. This is their career choice, which is dedicated to raising the standards of Karate.
