Personal development at Bruyer’s Martial Arts also includes goals such as trophies, belts, stripes and awards for excelling with personal development away from the school.  Personal development awards define milestones along a developmental path with needed feedback systems from parents and students to provide information to Mr. Bruyer for continuous improvement.

Employees at Bruyer’s Martial Arts are not normal employees.  They are all involved in an elite Leadership program to provide the very most in benefits for the students of Bruyer’s Martial Arts.  They are also here to continue to improve their own leadership skills with constant continuing education.

The instructors training includes the science of teaching, fitness assessments, exercise guidelines, teaching self defense safely, risky exercise, goal setting, total well-being and an on going psychological aspect.  All instructors are evaluated consistently on the ability to teach Karate to students of all ages in a productive, safe and healthy manner.

Bruyer's Martial Arts makes it compulsory for all instructors to hold the highest industry-recognized qualifications available. To enable and support the development of our instructors we have one of the most comprehensive and intense Instructor training programs in the country. Our Instructors recognize that their work includes continuous learning of personal development.

Continuous client surveys and owner availability helps Bruyer’s Martial Arts find out specific personal development needs, preferences and problems where they use the results to continue to improve their quality programs.
